"MealTime Memorial" is part of a series of Crocodiles. If you have been following my art, you would know how much I am fascinated by hornbills and crocodiles...I picture them living along the Sepik River in Papua New Guinea in a perpetual conversation....this painting pictures a skull in the foreground...a memorial to the victims of the Crocodile's skill and ruthlessness. All the while a sneaky hornbill watches from his perch on the reptile's back leg....
