Often, I will find odd things to paint and transform. This was a monkeypod bowl that I changed into 3 windows of a scene of a lone rower in the jungle, carefully watched by some hornbills...
After an initial public display, it sat neglected on the studio wall, until it was displayed at the Modernist last year for their "Tiki Pop-up" exhibition in Fresno 2023, and NOW can be yours!
