The original painting is 2 x 6 feet and was painted for May 2021's "7th Voyage of the Gargantuas". It was inspired by Rossini's delightfully composed "the Thieving magpie" which ,tho classic, has been used in many famous places...Warner Brothers cartoons, and "A ClockWork Orange",to name two. Having his prized pendant stolen, A quick scramble up a jungle tree, brings our tiki face-to-face with the Thieving Hornbill! A delightful work that is full of twists and turns and plenty to keep your eyes and brain busy!
