The original painting is 2 x 6 feet and was painted for May 2021's "7th Voyage of the Gargantuas". Inspired by my love of Crocodiles,Exotic locales, and the art of the Solomon Islands,this painting pictures a crew of Ngzu Ngzu -Solomon Island carved prow heads come to life- approaching a mysterious village in their delightful canoe.... What is to come of these fearless explorers? Will they be welcomed with ceremony, or served up for dinner?
