This piece was created for the "Pulp Friction" category, a nod to Comics and Magazines and ephemera from our Youth. So i chose the challenge to reproduce a Jack Kirby Splash page,since he was a big influence on my artistic and creative development.... I think this scene is from an issue of the Eternals,except with the addition of a sunken Moai and carving with an Orongo Birdman in the upper left corner...
